Accounting Manager | Remote Ontario | $110,000 to $140,000

You have probably outgrown being the safety net.

This is an Accounting Manager role for someone ready to run their own book of work properly.

The firm is a well established public accounting practice with long standing owner managed clients and a sensible approach to growth. It is fully remote within Ontario, and deliberately not based in the middle of the GTA. That matters. Fewer distractions. Lower internal pressure. More focus on good work and good people.

You will manage accounting and compilation engagements from start to finish. You will review financial statements, oversee related tax work, and be a trusted point of contact for clients who value consistency over flash.

You will also lead and develop staff. Coaching. Reviewing. Helping people improve without micromanaging them. Your judgement will be trusted and used.

This is a proper Manager role. Not a title bump. Not a holding pattern.

• Experience operating at Manager or strong Senior level in public accounting
• Solid background in compilations, financial statements, and related tax returns
