Seasonal Credentialed Bilingual Tax Advisor - CPA - Remote

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, and tax calculations.
• Manage product and software inquiries to advance our goal of "Powering Prosperity Around the World."
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the correct answer to customers in everyday language.
• Use state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, plus an active PTIN.
• Bilingual communication skills ("English/Spanish") – written and spoken.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate complex tax matters and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer‑service skills and excitement to interact with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Must have, or be willing to obtain, an internet connection that meets Intuit’s security criteria.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong Pay‑For‑Performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is $24.80–$36.50 per hour, depending on location (e.g., Bay Area California $28.80–$36.50, Southern California $28.80–$36.50, Colorado $27.50–$34.80, Hawaii $28.80–$36.50, Illinois $27.50–$34.80, Maryland $27.50–$34.80, Massachusetts $28.80–$36.50, Minnesota $24.80–$30.30, New Jersey $28.80–$36.50, New York $28.80–$36.50, Ohio $24.80–$30.30, Vermont $27.50–$34.80, Washington $28.80–$36.50, Washington DC $28.80–$36.50).
