Seasonal Tax Expert - CPA or EA - Work from Home

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer in everyday language.
• Interact with customers via video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing at least 30 federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and an active PTIN.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation, and committed to enhancing the Intuit brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional and friendly manner.

• Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
