Seasonal Bilingual Tax Professional - CPA - Remote

OverviewIntuit is seeking tax experts for the upcoming tax season. You will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
What You Will Do- Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
- Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers.
- Use video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions.

What You Need- Minimum 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
- Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
- Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns with commercial software.
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney.
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and comfort with video/audio tools.
- Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation.
