This remote role involves using Turbo Tax products to help customers with tax preparation, providing advice, and managing inquiries. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience with individual tax returns, hold an unrestricted EA/CPA or similar credential, and possess excellent customer service skills.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) ability is a plus. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.
