• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
• Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers.
• Interact with customers through state-of-the-art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and a valid Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
• Fluent bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and enhancing Intuit’s brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and confidence using video/audio tools.

• Reliable internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit Provides a Competitive Compensation Package With a Strong Pay For Performance Rewards Approach. The Expected Base Pay Range for This Position Is:

Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80 per hour
Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80 per hour
Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80 per hour
Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30 per hour
New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
New York: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30 per hour
Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80 per hour
Washington: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
