Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer in everyday language.
• Interact via state‑of‑the‑art video communication software, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of 2 years paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active PTIN.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and dedicated to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and confidence in interactive video/audio tools.

• Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week across three or more days.

Base Pay Range by location:

• Bay Area, California: $27.80 - $35.50
• Southern California: $27.80 - $35.50
• Colorado: $26.50 - $33.80
• Hawaii: $27.80 - $35.50
• Illinois: $26.50 - $33.80
• Maryland: $26.50 - $33.80
• Massachusetts: $27.80 - $35.50
• Minnesota: $23.80 - $29.30
• New Jersey: $27.80 - $35.50
• New York: $27.80 - $35.50
• Ohio: $23.80 - $29.30
• Vermont: $26.50 - $33.80
• Washington: $27.80 - $35.50
• Washington DC: $27.80 - $35.50
