Join Intuit as a remote Tax Professional for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you.

You will help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. By providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will advance our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• You will utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• This is a virtual, customer‑facing role, so you will use our state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers, and you will document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Excellent customer service skills; excited to interact through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation and committed to enhancing our brand.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Competitive base pay range varies by location (example:
Bay Area CA $28.80 – $36.50 per hour;
Southern CA $28.80 – $36.50; Colorado $27.50 – $34.80; Hawaii $28.80 – $36.50; Illinois $27.50 – $34.80; etc.). Eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.
