What You Will Do
In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. By providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will contribute to our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Engage in a virtual, customer‑facing role, using our state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions for accurate record‑keeping.

Who You Are

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, plus a valid PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills – written & spoken.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills, excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools professionally, friendly, and confidently.

What You Need

• Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
