Seasonal Bilingual Credentialed Tax Professional - Remote

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products: tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer to the customer in everyday language.
• Interact with customers via state-of-the-art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience, extensive knowledge of tax laws, and active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Excellent customer service skills and comfortable interacting with customers through video and audio tools professionally and friendly.

• Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Minimum 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit Provides a Competitive Compensation Package with strong pay for performance rewards. Base pay range for this position is $28.80 – $36.50 per hour, with additional bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits. Compensation details can be viewed at Intuit Benefits.
