Help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. Provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations and manage product/software inquiries to advance our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Utilize government websites, professional resources and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Conduct virtual, customer‑facing interactions using our video communication software, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience, extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing our brand.
• Excellent customer service skills, excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly and confident manner.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:

• Bay Area California: $28.80–$36.50 per hour
• Southern California: $28.80–$36.50 per hour
• Colorado: $27.50–$34.80 per hour
• Hawaii: $28.80–$36.50 per hour
• Illinois: $27.50–$34.80 per hour
• Maryland: $27.50–$34.80 per hour
• Massachusetts: $28.80–$36.50 per hour
• Minnesota: $24.80–$30.30 per hour
• New Jersey: $28.80–$36.50 per hour
• New York: $28.80–$36.50 per hour
• Ohio: $24.80–$30.30 per hour
• Vermont: $27.50–$34.80 per hour
• Washington: $28.80–$36.50 per hour
• Washington DC: $28.80–$36.50 per hour

Position eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits. Pay is based on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience and work location.
