In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries. You will work toward advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Use state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers in a virtual, customer‑facing role.
• Document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of two years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, and an active PTIN.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills and confidence interacting with customers through video and audio tools.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:

• Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80 per hour
• Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80 per hour
• Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80 per hour
• Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30 per hour
• New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• New York: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30 per hour
• Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80 per hour
• Washington: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour

Additionally, the position will be eligible for cash bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits according to Intuit plans and programs. Pay is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location, and Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender to drive ongoing pay equity.
