What You Will Do

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, providing tax advice, full service return preparation, and tax calculations.
• Use government websites, professional resources and team expertise to deliver accurate answers to customers.
• Work in a virtual, customer‑facing role using video communication software; document interactions to maintain accurate records.

Who You Are

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience, extensive knowledge of tax laws, and active PTIN.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and committed to delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and proficient with video/audio tools in a professional, friendly, confident manner.

What You Need

• Reliable internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across at least three days.

Compensation

• Base pay ranges by location:
  • Bay Area California: $27.80 – $35.50
  • Southern California: $27.80 – $35.50
  • Colorado: $26.50 – $33.80
  • Hawaii: $27.80 – $35.50
  • Illinois: $26.50 – $33.80
  • Maryland: $26.50 – $33.80
  • Massachusetts: $27.80 – $35.50
  • Minnesota: $23.80 – $29.30
  • New Jersey: $27.80 – $35.50
  • New York: $27.80 – $35.50
  • Ohio: $23.80 – $29.30
  • Vermont: $26.50 – $33.80
  • Washington: $27.80 – $35.50
  • Washington DC: $27.80 – $35.50
• This position may also include cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits per Intuit plans and programs. Pay is based on experience, knowledge, and location.
