Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you.

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products through full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Interact with customers via state‑of‑the‑art video communication software and document all interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Possess an active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and a PTIN.
• Be passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
• Have excellent customer‑service skills and be excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Must have or be willing to obtain an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
