Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you.

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Interact with customers via video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) written and spoken communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and confident, professional, and friendly interaction via video and audio tools.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Minimum 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Base pay range varies by location (e.g., Bay Area $28.80 – $36.50, Southern California $28.80 – $36.50, Colorado $27.50 – $34.80, etc.). The position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.
