They are seeking a Tax Preparer to join their office in New York.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Preparing & maintaining work papers with proper documentation
  • Completing tax closings
  • Preparing tax projections
  • Reconciling e-file diagnostics to complete the transfer process

    • Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Accounting or Taxation (120 credits required, 150 credits preferred) at the time of applying
  • Familiar with CCH, Prosystem Fx, Engagement, XCM a plus
  • Should be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Applications
  • Minimum of two years of recent and relevant public accounting experience in Tax in the US.
  • Must be able to work Saturdays or Sundays during the busy seasons
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills is ideal
