• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
• Provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers to customers in everyday language.
• Use state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of 2 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active PTIN.
• Spanish/English bilingual communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients and committed to enhancing the brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
