Salary Range: $75,000 – $95,000 per year

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper/Accounting Assistant/Billing and Collections Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports. This is a remote work from home position.

• Maintain accurate financial records
• Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements
• Prepare financial reports
• Assist with billing and collections analysis
• Communicate with clients regarding payment inquiries
• Provide support to the accounting team as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Quick Books
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
