Seasonal Bilingual Tax Professional - CPA - Work From Home
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

- Work 100% remotely, collaborating with an exceptional team from the comfort of your home or office.
- Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, and manage product/software inquiries.
- Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
- In a virtual, customer-facing role, use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
- Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, and active PTIN.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
- Excellent customer service skills and excited to interact through video/audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
- Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
- Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
- Minimum 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
- U.S. residency.
The expected base pay range for this position is
- Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50
- Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50
- Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
- Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
- Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80
- Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80
- Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
- Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
- New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50
- New York: $28.80 - $36.50
- Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30
- Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80
- Washington: $28.80 - $36.50
- Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50
This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs.
