• Help customers complete taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Interact with customers via video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive tax law knowledge and active PTIN.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written & spoken).
• Excellent customer service skills and excited to interact with customers through video/audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Reliable internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Available to work minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
