Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

What You Will Do
- Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, and tax calculations.
- Manage product/software inquiries and use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers to customers.
- Use state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
- Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and active PTIN.
- Spanish‑English bilingual communication skills (written & spoken).
- Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation and committed to enhancing the brand by delighting customers.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools professionally, friendly, and confidently.
What You Need
- Internet connection that meets Intuit security criteria.
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across at least three days.
Compensation
Competitive base pay range by location. Eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits. Pay based on knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
