Senior/Semi Senior Accountant - Nottingham - £30,000 - £42,000

Chase & Holland are proud to be partnering with a growing Accountancy Practice based in Nottingham on a key piece of recruitment for an up and coming Accountant. They are open to someone joining the team as a Semi Senior or Senior Accountant, depending on your prior experience and qualifications. • Competitive salary of £30,000 - £42,000 depending on experience and qualifications

• Manage your own portfolio of clients, including handling queries
• Assisting the Managers with their client accounts
• Producing accounts based on to FRS
  105/102 section 1A standard
• Manage own work allocation and time
• Prepare CT computations and returns
• Filing of Confirmation Statements and other Companies House documents
• VAT return preparation and filing
• Dividend & investment planning

• Flexible working hours (35hrs)
• Hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
• Full time but open to part time for the right person

• Completed or studying towards ACCA/ACA
• AAT Qualified (if not quite embarked on further studies)
• Strong communication skills to work within a small internal team
• The ability to be able to prioritise your own workload
• Familiar with accounting software such as Xero and IRIS
