Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you.

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products
• Provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language
• Conduct virtual, customer‑facing interactions via video communication software and document interactions accurately

• Minimum two years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns with commercial tax preparation software
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with extensive tax law knowledge and a PTIN
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) written and spoken communication skills
• Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and delivering excellent customer service via video/audio tools
• Professional, friendly, and confident in customer interactions

• Reliable internet connection meeting Intuit security criteria
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days

Competitive pay based on location and experience. Expected hourly base pay ranges from $24.80 to $36.50.
