• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products
• Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer to the customer in everyday language
• Use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, and an active PTIN
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills (written & spoken)
• Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and committed to enhancing the Intuit brand
• Excellent customer service skills and enthusiasm for interacting with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner

• Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days

Competitive pay range by region (examples:
Bay Area California $28.80 - $36.50 per hour; Southern California $28.80 - $36.50 per hour; Colorado $27.50 - $34.80 per hour, etc.). Position eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits. Pay is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
