Join Intuit as a Seasonal Tax Expert, working fully remotely during the upcoming tax season.
OverviewIntuit is seeking Tax Experts with an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney) to help customers complete their taxes using Turbo Tax products.

- Help customers complete their taxes by providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and handling product/software inquiries.
- Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find accurate answers for customers.
- Communicate with customers via Intuit's video communication software and maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ individual federal and state 1040 returns using commercial tax preparation software.
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with extensive tax knowledge and a PTIN.
- Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexity and committed to customer delight.
- Excellent customer service skills and experienced interacting with customers via video and audio.
- Reliable internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Competitive pay varies by location. This position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with Intuit plans and programs.
