Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to provide accurate answers to customers.
• Interact with customers via video communication software and document interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax prep software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience and PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) written and spoken communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional, friendly, confident demeanor in video/audio interactions.
• Passion for helping clients navigate tax complexities and enhancing brand satisfaction.

• Reliable internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit Provides a Competitive Compensation Package. The expected base pay ranges from $24.80 to $36.50 per hour depending on location. Additional bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits may apply.
