Location: Hybrid or Remote (Texas-based candidates preferred)
Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 base + up to 25% bonus
Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Our client, a well-established and growing CPA firm, is seeking a Tax Senior to join their collaborative, high-performing team. The firm serves a diverse mix of high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and private equity-backed partnerships. Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review federal and multistate tax returns for partnerships, corporations, S corporations, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Manage client engagements from planning through delivery, ensuring timely and accurate filings.
- Research and resolve complex tax issues, including multi-state and pass-through entity matters.
- Collaborate with partners and team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and client advisory services.
- Supervise, mentor, and review work performed by staff accountants and interns.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients to strengthen long-term relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field.
- Active CPA license or CPA eligibility preferred.
- 3–8 years of experience in public accounting, including review-level exposure.
- Proficiency with CCH Axcess or similar tax preparation software.
- Experience with high-net-worth individuals, family groups, and private investment entities.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
