Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

What You Will Do
- Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
- Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
- Interact with customers via video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
- Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns with commercial tax preparation software.
- Active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney) with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active PTIN.
- Excellent customer service skills and enthusiasm for interacting with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You Need
- Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across at least three days.
Compensation
Base Pay Range varies by location:
Bay Area California $27.80 - $35.50;
Southern California $27.80 - $35.50;
Colorado $26.50 - $33.80;
Hawaii $27.80 - $35.50;
Illinois $26.50 - $33.80;
Maryland $26.50 - $33.80;
Massachusetts $27.80 - $35.50;
Minnesota $23.80 - $29.30;
New Jersey $27.80 - $35.50;
New York $27.80 - $35.50;
Ohio $23.80 - $29.30;
Vermont $26.50 - $33.80;
Washington $27.80 - $35.50;
Washington DC $27.80 - $35.50. The position is eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.
