What You Will Do

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver accurate answers to customers in plain language.
• Interact with customers via video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

Who You Are

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws; active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) written and spoken communication skills.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation and committed to enhancing Intuit's brand by delivering excellent customer service through video and audio tools.

What You Need

• Reliable internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Compensation
Intuit provides a competitive pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. Base pay ranges by location (example amounts listed). Eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits. Pay based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
