In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. By providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will be working toward advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
- Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
- Use state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
- Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active PTIN.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
- Excellent customer service skills and excitement to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
- Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
- Minimum 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Expected base pay range varies by location. For example, Bay Area or Southern California: $28.80–$36.50;
Colorado: $27.50–$34.80;
Minnesota: $24.80–$30.30;
New York: $28.80–$36.50. The position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits. Pay is based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
