Intuit is looking for a qualified Tax Advisor to support customers during the upcoming tax season. This is a remote, seasonal role that offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work with a high‑impact team.

Intuit is hiring Tax Experts who have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney). As a Tax Advisor you will prepare and review tax returns, provide tax advice, and manage client inquiries using Intuit Turbo Tax products.

• Prepare and review full‑service federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate tax solutions in everyday language.
• Conduct virtual, customer‑facing sessions using video communication software, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.
• Assist customers in navigating tax complexities, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
• Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) written and spoken.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping clients succeed.
• Professional, friendly video and audio conduct in a virtual setting.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Colorado $27.50 - $34.80

Massachusetts $28.80 - $36.50

New Jersey $28.80 - $36.50
