What You Will Do

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek and deliver the right answer to customers using everyday language.
• Interact with customers via state-of-the-art video communication software, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.

Who You Are

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and a current PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passion for helping clients navigate complex taxation and enthusiasm to enhance our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills, excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

What You Need

• Must have (or be willing to obtain) an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

  Minnesota $24.80 - $30.30;
  New Jersey $28.80 - $36.50;

  Vermont $27.50 - $34.80;
  Washington $28.80 - $36.50;
