In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. By providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will work toward advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Interact with customers via our state-of-the-art video communication software, documenting interactions to keep accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passion for helping clients navigate complex tax issues, committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills and excitement to interact with customers through video and audio tools professionally, friendly, and confidently.

• Must have (or be willing to obtain) an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Intuit conducts regular comparisons to ensure ongoing pay equity.
