Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries to advance Intuit’s goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Use state-of-the-art video communication software for this virtual, customer-facing role and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive tax law knowledge, plus an active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate complex taxation and committed to enhancing Intuit’s brand by delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent customer service skills and excited to interact with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Must have (or be willing to obtain) an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Colorado $27.50 - $34.80;

Illinois $27.50 - $34.80;

Massachusetts $28.80 - $36.50;
Minnesota $24.80 - $30.30;
New Jersey $28.80 - $36.50;
New York $28.80 - $36.50;
Ohio $24.80 - $30.30;
Vermont $27.50 - $34.80;
Washington $28.80 - $36.50;
Washington DC $28.80 - $36.50. This position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.
