Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you.

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
• Provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation, and tax calculations.
• Manage product and software inquiries from customers.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers.
• Interact with customers via Intuit’s video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Have at least 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Possess an active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with a PTIN.
• Speak and write English and Spanish fluently.
• Be passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing the Intuit brand by delighting customers.
• Have excellent customer service skills and be excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Competitive base pay ranges from $24.80 to $36.50 per hour depending on location, plus a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits. Pay is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
