Seasonal Bilingual Tax Professional – CPA – Work From Home

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

You will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. By providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will be working toward advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Interact with customers in a virtual, customer-facing role using our state-of-the-art video communication software, and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience, extensive knowledge of tax laws, and a current PTIN.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Must have (or be willing to obtain) an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong Pay for Performance Rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position (by location) is:

• Bay Area, California: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
• Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
• Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
• Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30 per hour
• New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• New York: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30 per hour
• Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
• Washington: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• Washington DC: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
