Seasonal Tax Expert - CPA or EA - Work from Home

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
• Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers.
• Interact with customers via video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
• Passion for helping clients and enhancing the brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and confident use of video/audio tools.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week across three or more days.
