Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
• Provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver accurate solutions to customers.
• Work virtually and customer‑facing via video communication software, documenting interactions accurately.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and an active PTIN.
• Proficient in bilingual (English/Spanish) communication, both written and spoken.
• Excellent customer‑service skills; professional, friendly, confident when interacting via video/audio.
• Passion for helping clients navigate taxation and enhancing the Intuit brand.

• Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week across three or more days.
