Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. By providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will be working toward advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Use Intuit’s state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax‑preparation software.
• Hold an active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, and a current Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
• Speak both English and Spanish fluently (written & spoken).
• Be passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting our customers.
• Have excellent customer‑service skills and be excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Have (or be willing to obtain) an internet connection that meets Intuit security criteria.
• Be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Salary ranges (base + performance):

• Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80 per hour
• Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80 per hour
• Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80 per hour
• Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30 per hour
• New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• New York: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30 per hour
• Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80 per hour
• Washington: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour

Bonus, equity rewards, and additional benefits are also available based on location and role performance.
