Join Intuit as a Tax Expert for the upcoming tax season. The role is 100% remote and requires an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney).

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts to help customers complete their taxes using Turbo Tax products. Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.

• Help customers complete taxes, provide advice, prepare full-service returns, perform calculations, and resolve inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
• Use video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active PTIN.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate complex tax issues and committed to enhancing Intuit’s brand.
• Excellent customer service skills; comfortable interacting with customers via video/audio tools in a professional, friendly, confident manner.

• Reliable internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Competitive base pay ranges by location (e.g., Bay Area $27.80-$35.50). Bonuses and equity rewards as part of the compensation plan.
