Intuit is seeking tax experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Operate as a virtual, customer-facing role, using state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document all interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws; active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and enhancing the brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and enthusiasm for interacting with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week across three or more days.

  • Bay Area, California: $28.80 – $36.50
  • Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50
  • Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80
  • Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50
  • Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80
  • Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80
  • Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50
  • Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30
  • New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50
  • New York: $28.80 – $36.50
  • Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30
  • Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80
  • Washington: $28.80 – $36.50
  • Washington DC: $28.80 – $36.50
