In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. By providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will be working toward advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to customers using everyday language.
• Use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers; document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws with an active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxes and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills; excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, confident manner.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:

• Bay Area, California $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Southern California $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Colorado $27.50 - $34.80 per hour
• Hawaii $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Illinois $27.50 - $34.80 per hour
• Maryland $27.50 - $34.80 per hour
• Massachusetts $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Minnesota $24.80 - $30.30 per hour
• New Jersey $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
