Work From Home Bilingual Tax Professional - CPA - Seasonal
Overview Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

- Fully remote work: 100% telecommute from home or office.
- Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
- Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
- Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the correct answer to the customer in everyday language.
- Interact with customers via video communication software and document interactions for accurate records.
- Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns with commercial tax software.
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with an active PTIN.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) written and spoken communication skills.
- Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and delivering excellent customer service.
- Professional, friendly, and confident, comfortable using video and audio tools.
- Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
- Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
