• Manage audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients, with a strong emphasis on investment companies, venture capital, and private equity funds.
• Lead client communications, ensuring clear expectations, quality delivery, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, contributing to a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients while identifying opportunities to improve processes and add value.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in good standing – Required.
• Minimum 3 years of public accounting experience
  , with a strong background in audit.
• Demonstrated experience auditing investment firms
  , including PE and VC funds – Required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines effectively.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and GAAS.

• Prior experience in a Big 4, national, or large regional accounting firm.
• Familiarity with audits for middle-market, technology, government, and/or nonprofit clients.
