Overview

We are hiring an Accounting Manager to lead a high‑performing team and own critical accounting, close, and compliance responsibilities for a growing global organization. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who enjoys complex accounting, improving processes, and partnering across the business.

• Lead monthly consolidated close for U.S. and international entities using JD Edwards and One Stream
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial results for complex accounting areas
• Support SEC reporting, earnings releases, and SOX internal controls
• Manage and mentor a team of four accountants and one AP specialist
• Partner with external auditors and Internal Audit on quarterly and annual audits
• Oversee AP operations, sales and use tax compliance, and tax data support
• Drive process improvements using tools like Black Line, Sage Fixed Assets, and Lease Query

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA required (MBA a plus)
• 8+ years of public accounting and/or industry experience
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Strong U.S. GAAP, SOX, and consolidated reporting expertise
• ERP experience required; JD Edwards and One Stream preferred
