We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Manager to join our remote team and work with diverse clients.

• Manage tax compliance for a portfolio of clients, including S Corp and Partnerships.
• Review and prepare tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Provide tax planning and consulting services, advising on tax implications of business decisions and transactions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service and support.
• Communicate changes in tax laws and regulations to clients and team members.
• Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field;
  Master’s in Taxation preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• 5+ years of public accounting experience, focusing on tax returns for S Corp, Partnerships, and LLCs.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with a Big4 firm is a plus.

Salary: $140,000 – $170,000 per year.
