• Lead and mentor a team of 3–5 accountants
• Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports
• Provide internal and external auditing services
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP
• Survey operations to ascertain accounting needs and to recommend, develop, or maintain solutions for the business and financials

• 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience (GL, AP, AR, payroll)
• Strong GAAP knowledge and Excel expertise (pivot tables, vlookups)
• A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills
• Experience with Quick Books and Rent Manager preferred
• Highly analytical with superb attention to detail, organization and multitasking abilities
