Our team is evolving and we are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our global organization. The Senior Accountant will ensure an accurate and efficient month‑end close process, prepare financial statements, and drive operational efficiencies that support fact‑based decision making. The role is a strategic partner to various departments, offering growth opportunities and a chance to impact company results.
Primary Responsibilities- Support the accounting and finance teams across multiple US and international subsidiaries.
- Create, analyze, and post journal entries, and complete month‑end close activities, including leasing, intercompany accounts, debt, and financial statement reporting.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP.
- Assist in compiling supporting documents for external auditors and actively participate in the annual external audit.
- Identify process opportunities and recommend solutions to achieve optimal efficiency.
- Build relationships with business partners and provide trusted financial advice to support sound decisions.
- Involve in ad‑hoc projects across the organization.
- Stay abreast of changes in regulatory frameworks and accounting principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
- 2–5+ years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in an international retail/wholesale/consumer goods organization.
- Self‑driven with strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- High intellectual curiosity and honesty.
- Proactive approach with ability to manage ambiguous tasks with minimal guidance.

Pay Transparency – The estimated range for this position is $80,500 – $100,500.
