POSITION OVERVIEW

• Travel frequently to client locations to support projects and establish strong working relationships
• Oversee accounting operations and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting aligned with professional standards
• Lead efficient month‑end and year‑end close processes and support regulatory or tax reporting needs
• Review key accounting transactions and provide guidance on technical accounting matters
• Strengthen internal controls while promoting accuracy, transparency, and accountability
• Collaborate with client leaders and integrated project teams to streamline processes and implement improvements

• CPA or equivalent professional certification
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting practices, and modern accounting operations
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and contributing to client‑focused solutions
• Proficiency with advanced Excel functions and business ERP systems (e.g., Net Suite, Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics)
• Ability to communicate clearly, adapt to client needs, and navigate evolving priorities with confidence

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $130,000 to $150,000, depending on experience, along with bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employee well‑being and work–life balance.
