### What You'll Do:
As an Audit/Assurance Manager, you'll play a key role in helping clients maintain compliance with accounting standards while supporting and developing your team. Your responsibilities will include:

- Analyzing financial records to identify potential accounting issues and conducting research to present well-informed solutions.
- Managing and mentoring audit team members, ensuring high-quality work and professional growth.
- Building and maintaining client relationships by demonstrating a strong understanding of their businesses and providing expert insights.
- Communicating with clients to provide recommendations that help them navigate financial and tax matters. ### What You Need to Succeed:
- 3+ years of audit experience in a public accounting firm.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- CPA certification is highly preferred (or a strong commitment to obtaining it).
